Summer retreat in Devon with SOL - Sharing One Language

Our core team member @Zofia Kopalova and our photographer @Ondrej Koscik had the privilege of attending SOL's course 'Giving Words Wings' led by the wonderful Fiona Mauchline.

“We were out exploring the coastline of North Devon, learning about local history and turning it into creative and effective teaching ideas. We didn't waste time studying textbooks (so why do that with your students?) but made things memorable through our senses and through experiencing things out and about. This course gave wings to words, thoughts, feelings and our creativity. It was a place where new friendships were born."
