Thank you to everyone who joined us for Katarína Fray’s two-part webinar A road trip through the states of special needs as part of the SCELT Spring Webinar Series.

In these sessions, Katarína shared her Slovak-American perspective on special education and guided us through support systems from early intervention and preschool to elementary and high school. Her experience as an ESL teacher in Slovakia and as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the United States offered valuable insights into how schools can better support learners with diverse needs in more informed and practical ways.

Both recordings are now available below for SCELT members who would like to revisit the sessions or watch them at their convenience.

Part 1: From early intervention to preschool - LINK

Part 2: From elementary school to high school - LINK

We hope the webinars give you useful ideas, questions, and inspiration for your own teaching context.
